Wise Children Share Some Helpful Life Advice

If you are in need of some profound life advice, you might just be overlooking a valuable source. The wise saying “out of the mouths of babes…” implies that young and inexperienced children can be remarkably wise. I think Buzzfeed believes this as well. In their newest clip they allow three children to “explain the lessons they have learned.”

Many parents and teachers notice that children come with an occasional pearl of wisdom—or at least, something that makes you laugh out loud. Answering the question, “What’s an important thing you’ve learned?” one little lady talks about teasing other kids. She thinks that teasing others is wrong because it can be considered a form of bullying.

The young man in the video talks about how “America is the land of the free,” and that everybody has a choice to like what they want. The little princess with the purple hair bow was taught something that grown people can’t seem to comprehend. “Two wrongs don’t make a right!” These children are very special.

Usually, when you tell a kid something, it goes in one ear and out the other, but these little geniuses retained the important stuff. As one young girl powerfully states, “You have to fight for your rights.” That will carry her very far!
