I have heard renditions of our National Anthem sung many times, but this one just blows me away! The young lady singing, sang this incredible familiar song for the Stadium of Fire 2013 held at the Lavell Edwards Stadium.

Lexi Walker is an 11-year old girl, and the heart and soul she puts into this rendition has left me speechless. I get chills every time I hear our anthem, but this one brought me close to tears! American Idol can eat its heart out, this little girl needs to sing at the next Super Bowl!

All I can say is wait until you hear the pipes on this pint-sized talent. Walker grabs the mic and takes the stage backed by an exceptional choir. From there, this brilliant preteen gives an entire arena’s worth of people collective goosebumps while belting “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

Not only is her vocal ability outstanding, but she’s able to deliver our patriotic anthem with a great deal of pride and emotion that make our hearts swell up just hearing it! This youngster’s got a serious throat and I guarantee you, she has got a very long and bright career ahead of her. In fact, it’s probably only a matter of time before this girl’s a household name!
