Every healthy newborn welcomed into the world is truly a miracle! When this little girl was born, she came with a miraculous surprise that shocked everyone in the delivery room.

Family members were in awe when they saw this beautiful baby girl, but the doctors were completely blown away. She even grabbed the attention of the nurses and doctors down the hall!

Although perfectly healthy, her surprise only happens once in every 2,000 to 3,000 births. It looks like it really was ‘all smiles’ when this newborn came into the world! Thankfully this mother wanted her baby unlike this cruel mom that tried to flush her baby down the toilet! UGH!
