Who doesn’t LOVE ice cream?! I certainly do, and as a self-proclaimed coffee addict, coffee flavored ice cream is the PERFECT combo for a delicious pick-me-up treat!

Thanks to the One Pot Chef’s super simple tutorial, I can now make coffee ice cream whenever I want! Really, it’s THAT easy! The best part about this recipe – it doesn’t require a fancy ice cream maker!

All you need are 4 easy ingredients that you probably already have lying around the kitchen: whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee powder and water! Simple combine these ingredients and whip until you get a nice and thick consistency. Then, throw your mixture into the freezer until it hardens up a bit and you’re good to go!  I can’t believe it’s that simple!
