This chilling moment caught on camera are terrifying. A quick-thinking man is being hailed for his bravery when he saved the life of a toddler who was suspended from the side of the building. What he used to save her is even more amazing.

If you look closely, you will see a man helping the toddler who was dangling from her neck four floors up after falling out of an apartment window.

The man showed fearlessness and courage as he hung out of a window using a mop to prevent the little girl from falling to a ghastly death from an apartment building in the Shangdong province in China.

According to the local news reports, the toddler was screaming for help when Wang Baoping, who was walking along the street below, spotted her. As he saw the toddler, Wang raced up the flights of stairs to aid her. He found the mop along the way  and used it to support her weight before she was eventually pulled inside.

The little girl was stuck in the metal bars surrounding the windows of the apartment.  

He held her there for 20 minutes before her parents eventually pulled her back inside. Many are calling this passerby a hero, and rightfully so.

The little girl was shaken but is unharmed. Her parents are extremely grateful that Wang was there to save their daughter. We are too!
