You will need 1 ¼ cup buttermilk, ½ cup unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, ½ cup dried cranberries, 1 cup chopped walnuts, ½ cup sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 2 ½ cups biscuit mix. Layer, starting with the biscuit mix, add a decorative lid, and affix the label.
