New Year’s resolutions are always difficult to maintain- unless you’re this woman who is getting support from even her dog! She was in the middle of working out when she notice that her fury companion was beyond intrigued by what she was doing. In no time, he was working out along side her.

Watch this dog perform lunges, high knees in a circle, and even “girl push-ups” with his owner. I knew German Shepard’s were smart, but I din’t know they were THIS smart! Looks like the key to maintaining your New Year’s resolution all year long is to train your dog to support you every step of the way. This is awesome!
