There is something about mini desserts that makes them ten times more delicious than regular sized desserts.
I don’t know if it’s because they’re bite sized or because they’re just plain adorable but I love them!
This recipe for mini banana cream cookie pies is almost too easy to be true.
They look beyond adorable and they hardly take any effort!
Without further adieu, let’s get baking!
Ingredients:
1 (1.5 ounce) roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (3.4 ounce) box of banana cream pudding, prepared
1 banana
Whipped cream
Directions:
Take your sugar cookie dough and divide it into 24 little balls. Place 1 ball in each of the tins of your greased mini muffin tin.
Bake your mini cookie muffins for about 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
After your cookies have cooled use a spoon to fill your mini pies with the banana cream pudding.
Top each pie with a banana slice and a generous helping of whipped cream. Mmm!
