Instead of going the store bought route this Mother’s Day, try one of these three awesome handmade gifts!

A homemade card with a photo documenting the insanity your kids put you through can be a great way to show mom that you FINALLY understand everything you put her through!

Option number two is my personal favorite. Starting with a plain accent pillow, have your kids dip their hands in paint and add their handprint to the pillow case. Everyone will love being able to watch as your kids grow and their handprints no longer match up!

Another way to show your mom how much you appreciate her is to write all of the reasons why you love her in a word document, print it on translucent paper and create a custom candle holder. Every time she burns a candle, she will be reminded of how much you love her.
