He may be small, but this pint-sized pony makes a huge impact on everyone he meets. His name is Mr. P, and he’s an adorable chestnut and white American miniature horse.

Standing at just 28 inches tall, this little guy has made quite the name for himself about town. Mr. P spends so much time around people that he’s practically human himself. Wherever his owner, 52-year-old Katy Smith, goes, he goes too.

Coffee shops? Of course Mr. P comes along! Walks throughout the streets of downtown? That’s one of Mr. P’s favorite activities.

There’s not a whole lot Mr. P doesn’t do – including venturing indoors to play with the kids and providing comfort to those at care homes. Katy takes Mr. P to various care homes to provide pony therapy to people with learning disabilities and the elderly.

The comfort he provides those he meets is unparalleled. Just his presence can make the world of difference to someone who might be having a bad day!

So what does Mr. P like to do to unwind after a long day? Play with his friend Johnny of course! Johnny is a 5’3 thoroughbred who is basically twice Mr. P’s size, but that doesn’t stop them from playing and having a great time!
