Would you have ever imagined that a hippo starts its life as one of the most adorable looking creatures in the world?! Me either! But in fact, as we can CLEARLY see in this video, baby hippos are so darn cute, they’ll melt your heart!

The London Whipsnade Zoo recently added a new addition to their animal family, and through this recording, shared with us their new baby boy!

Documenting the newcomers first few days in the world, we get to see the precious tot interact with his mother. At calf number 3, mama’s got the whole motherhood thing completely figured out! Seeing the two of them play with each other 100% brightened my day!
