Just in time for Labor Day, we bring you a recipe for an amazingly simple strawberry cake. Plus, did we mention that it’s no-bake? Yep, it’s so easy you don’t even have to turn on an oven.
To get started on this yummy dish, you’ll need the following:
-2 lbs fresh strawberries, washed
-3 ¾ cup heavy cream, divided
-1 tsp Vanilla
-⅓ cup powdered sugar
-4 sleeves of graham crackers
-2 oz chocolate, chopped

Step 1: Slice most of your strawberries. Though be sure to set aside a handful of the best looking ones for garnish
Step 2: Mix 3 ½ cup of the heavy cream with the vanilla and powdered sugar
Step 3: Place a layer of the whipped cream on the bottom of a baking dish, then layer on 6 graham crackers, add another layer of whipped cream, and then a layer of strawberries. Repeat the process 3 more times, until you have 4 layers of graham crackers.
Step 4: Add another layer of whipped cream and another layer of strawberries. Finish off with the pretty strawberries you set aside and the chopped chocolate. Refrigerate for four hours.
