It was a normal day at Target when a teenage shopper came into the store looking for a clip-on tie. Although Target doesn’t sell clip on ties in the store they offered to help the young man tie one before his job interview that day. He was touched by their generosity, but it didn’t stop there…

The employees of Target prepped the young man for his interview, giving him advice on handshakes, eye-contact and more. The woman who snapped the photo of them helping the young man said that she assumed they were neighbors or close family friends. The way they treated the young man was more like family.

Although they don’t know if he got the job he was interviewing for they told him to come back and keep them posted!
