This American Olympian doesn’t make his children drop and give him 50 when they misbehave, but he does have a very unconventional way to deal with loose teeth.
Bryan Clay, the decathlon champion from the Olympic Games in 2008, spends his time as a retired athlete mentoring children and young athletes at his alma mater, Azusa Pacific University. The young dad posted this video of his javelin-throwing skills at the campus, but there is one catch. Attached to the javelin is a string that is gently tied to his daughter, Ellie’s, loose tooth.
According to the Olympian himself, the javelin was actually his daughter’s idea and the innovative teeth pulling method is a Clay family tradition. Ellie says the best part of the tradition is the ice cream she’s promised afterwards!
She better get a visit from the Tooth Fairy after putting up with this one!
