From stretching to Zumba, exercise has changed a LOT over the past 100 years.

Although the American Heart Association recommends at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, that wasn’t always the case!

Stretching, hula hooping and even the 2000 dance craze were all so different! I wonder what exercise will look like 30 years from NOW!

If you could go back in time which decade would you want to exercise in? I would love to try that hula hooping!
