If you watched the popular show X Factor, you probably remember this talent. Her name alone is so unique that it makes her unforgettable. Panda had an interesting story as to how she got her name, but as shocking as that was, it was her love for Simon that was rare. Most contestants either hate or fear Simon. Not Panda, she made it out of the hospital bed to come to the show to perform for him!

Panda had been in the hospital due to pneumonia, but she told the judges that performing was a must. She announced that she would be singing Sam Cooke’s “Bring it On Home,” which Simon apparently loves. With her son and daughter looking on backstage, she was ready to show everyone her skills.

As soon as Panda opened her mouth, it was enough to send chills down your spine. Her voice is reminiscent of a time when soul voices needed little accompaniment. Within a few seconds into the song, the crowd was on their feet, and the judges’ facial expressions told it all. She even included Simon in her song lyrics which showcased her fun personality.

There was no surprise that she got approval from each judge to advance. This was one of the most memorable auditions of the show!
