Breakfast time at the Shields family’s house calls for one thing, and one thing only – pancakes!

However, pancakes at the Shields’ probably means something a little different than it does to you or me. If you’re used to typical, round, fluffy pancakes, you’re in for a real treat with this video!

With a little inspiration from his children’s nature book, this morning’s breakfast is about to get a little bit creative, to say the least.

With some impressive penmanship, Dad recreates his kids’ favorite penguins right there in the sizzling hot pan. All you need is your favorite pancake batter and a squirt bottle!

The kids are up next as they give their go at these tasty penguin pancakes. While their results aren’t as, say, detailed as their father’s, I think they’ll taste just as good! In the end, that’s all that matters…right?!

I might try these out, but maybe start with something easier to draw….like a heart?!
