Coming in at a tiny 4 feet and 6 inches tall, Alan Barnes has been small his entire life. Born with disabilities, this elderly gentleman has not let that stop him from living a normal life. When the man discovered Alan truthfully had no money on him, he quickly fled, leaving Alan with a broken collar bone and extremely shaken up. Scared to the core to return home, Alan ended up moving into his sister’s house.

When one kind stranger heard about this terrible story, she decided she needed to do something to help. 21-year-old Katie Cutler set up a donation fund for Alan, hoping to raise enough money for Alan to secure the funds to move out and find his own place again, wherever he felt safe.
