She uses a coffee mug to make a single serving of quiche that can be ready in just 3 minutes! After cracking in an egg she adds all her vegetables and cheese to the mixture and stirs them together. But don’t forget the crust! The quiche crust is pieces of torn up bread that are added to the top of the mug. After microwaving for three minutes she flips the mug onto a place and voila! You have your very own quiche for one!
