Have you ever become so obsessed with something that you based your life around it? I know, that seems a little far-fetched but that’s what one family in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire did!

Peter Szwajgier and his fiancee Alicja Druzkowska became addicted to the TV show Little House On The Prairie, watching rerun after rerun of the popular show. When they looked around their house, they decided that maybe they could bring a little bit of the “prairie” lifestyle into their home.

They spent around $2,000 on wood logs that were cut in half and then nailed to the walls. Alicja was looking to get an experience out of the home that would be “quite unique to the UK”. Their whole new living room is something COMPLETELY unique to the UK!
