I always crave something sweet after lunch and usually reach for a granola bar. The only problem with granola bars is that they’re expensive and usually have unnecessary sugar added to them.
If I had known how easy it was to make your own granola bites I would have done it years ago!
To make the base for her granola bites she starts with dates, peanut butter, oats, almonds, pepitas and sunflower seeds. Once you have your base you can add whatever you want! Coconut, dried fruits, chocolate chips…the possibilities are endless! You can store them in your fridge for a week and in your freezer for up to a month! I will totally be making these to have on hand when that sweet craving hits!
