When dogs are rescued from puppy mills it’s often a battle to get them properly socialized to the point where they can be adopted.

Coconut had spent her whole life in a puppy mill and was extremely fearful of being touched, walking on a leash and doing other things that should come naturally to a dog. There were points where they feared they wouldn’t be able to help Coconut.

They kept trying with her every single day and eventually the once fearful pup was a friendly fur ball ready to be pet, walked and loved. She was adopted out to an awesome family that loves her and she is doing great!
