Winter is here and so is cold and flu season. I don’t know about you but I would much rather use a natural remedy to cure my cough than something that comes in a box!
This all natural remedy has been proven to help with headaches, flu, cough, inflammation, nausea, motion sickness and even a sore throat! PLUS it’s delicious! All you need to make this remedy is *drumroll please* ginger and honey!
Peel all the skin off of your ginger and then grate using a cheese grater until you have what resembles ginger mush. Using a strainer, strain all the juice from the ginger and toss the pulp. Add four tea spoons of honey (or more if you like) and use water to dilute until you are satisfied with the taste. It is so simple but can cure so many common flu symptoms!
