Jell-O has been a childhood favorite treat for decades. It’s bursting with flavor, has a gelatinous texture that sends your taste buds into overdrive, and comes in a variety of bright colors — what’s not to love?!

While Jell-O is great on it’s own, this tasty little treat can take any baked good to the next level. If you’ve never heard of stained glass cake then listen up, because you are in for a treat.

One of our favorite YouTubers, Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio, shows us how to take Jell-O, sugar, graham crackers, and a few other ingredients and turn them into a beautiful cake! She starts the video off by explaining exactly what you’ll need, then she takes you through the process of making the crust.

From there she shows you step-by-step how to make a stained glass cake, or as she calls it, a rainbow Jell-O cake! She explains it in such detail that she actually makes it look quite easy.

This is one of those cakes that looks ordinary on the outside, but one slice in and you realize it’s anything but!
