After 26 years of marriage, country star Reba McEntire and her husband Narvel Blackstock, have announced their separation.

According to LiftBump, the beloved country couple have been living separately for a few months, but it is unclear as to whether they are headed for divorce.

The couple married back in 1989 in Lake Tahoe, California and have a son together, Shelby. This power couple have announced their sad news just weeks after Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert called it quits.

Taste of Country released a statement stating, “Despite the end of their marriage, they continue to support each other.”

Reba’s next single from her new album “Love Somebody” is said to be released soon and is ironically about  getting over a man who treated you poorly.
