I think it’s a well known fact that the only thing better than one dessert is two desserts. Which means that taking Rice Krispie treats, cheesecake, and then combining them in order to make one awesome hybrid dessert is pretty much just heaven on earth.
Thanks to some baking geniuses who wanted in on this food hybrid trend (think the Ramen burger and the sushi burrito), the Rice Krispie Crusted Cheesecake was born — and now our lives are all the better because of it.

The recipe is pretty straightforward and easy, and the necessary items are as follows:
The crust:
Rice Krispies treat recipe
Nonstick spray
The filling:
1 1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup pureed berries
2 tbsp sugar
6 oz. condensed milk
16 oz. cream cheese

Essentially, the recipe calls for you to make your favorite childhood Rice Krispie recipe, but instead of making a pan and cutting them into squares, you’re making them into a pie crust. The yummy berry filling is super easy to throw together and is much less time consuming that actual cheesecake filling.
