This Workout Dance Routine Is a Flashback To The 80s And It’s So Cool!

The Robot had its heyday back in the 1980s. It took over dance clubs and sporting events as everyone’s go-to dance move. You’ve probably seen it get busted out at a wedding or two. Now, it’s making a fierce comeback, but this time in workout form. Personal trainer, Madd Chadd, and his buddies Warren James Li and Aja George put on this amazing display of “Robot Fitness.” The sheer amount of muscle strength and coordination this type of routine takes is staggering.

While Zumba and Brazilian butt workouts are all the rage, these guys are throwing it back and looking good doing it. There’s no doubt that a ton of coordinating went into this routine. Even after a few seconds, you’ll be asking yourself, “How are they doing this???”

Madd Chadd, better known as Chadd Smith from Camarillo, CA, is a 33-year-old YouTube and Instagram star whose workout videos have earned him over 117,000 followers on Instagram and 78,000 YouTube subscribers. His videos regularly garner over half a million views and he has served as an actor and choreographer in the “Step Up” movie franchise.
