For generations, Rice Krispies have been memorable for kids and their parents alike. The addition of Hershey’s chocolate and marshmallow crème will make this decadent treat your new favorite.
You will need 10 ounce miniature marshmallows, ¼ cup butter (plus more for greasing), 5 cup Rice Krispies cereal, ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs, 7 ounce jar marshmallow crème, and 6 Hershey’s chocolate bars.
Set the oven to 200°F, line a 10×15 jellyroll pan with waxed paper, and butter the waxed paper and set aside.
Combine the marshmallows and ¼ cup of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover, heat on high for 30 seconds, and stir. Repeat this step until completely blended.
Stir in cereal and graham cracker crumbs, and then press the mixture into prepared pan. Spread marshmallow creme on top using an offset spatula. Next, place the Hershey’s bars on top of the marshmallow creme.
Place in oven for two minutes, and then use a spatula to spread the softened chocolate. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Roll up jellyroll style (like a cinnamon roll), starting on the long side. Slowly remove the waxed paper as you roll. Pinch the seams together.
Place seam side down in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes or until chocolate has set.
