We’ve all had our fair share of grilled cheese sandwiches. They may be easy to make, but if you don’t use the right amount of cheese they just don’t taste the same!

If you’re anything like me, you usually over do it with the cheese and you’re left with a gooey mess! But this is the smartest trick to make sure your sandwich is cheesy, without being over the top!

At first he makes the grilled cheese like most of us, with plenty of butter on the pan for both slices of bread. Then he adds cheese to the outside of the sandwich. The end result is an inside-out grilled cheese that any cheese-lover will swoon over!
