I’ve heard of eggshells being used as compost for fertilizing your plants but I never knew you could do something so tasty with eggshells!

All you need to do to make your egg cakes is eggs and cake batter! Poke a small hole in your egg and empty the contents into a bowl. Once the eggs are clean and have had a nice salt water bath just pipe in your cake batter and bake those babies! Don’t worry if any of the batter spills out while they back, you can just scrape it off and give it a little taste test! These little egg cakes are the perfect surprise snack!
