With football season well into play, we no longer need an excuse to whip up our favorite finger foods. Heck, it’s the only reason why I even wear jerseys on Sundays– to eat delicious hot wings and nachos all day long!
This football season, we’re switching things up a bit and giving the traditional savory appetizers the boot. Before you throw a fit, just wait and see its replacement. Our foodie at JumbleJoy is whipping up three sweet dips that’ll make you forget all about nacho cheese– at least for a moment.
First, she gathers two 8 ounce softened cream cheese packages, 1/2 a box of vanilla pudding, 1 cup of whipping cream, 7 ounces of condensed milk, 1/2 a cup of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 bananas and 1 box of Nilla wafers to make one tasty Banana Dip.
Start with your softened cream cheese packages and add your powdered sugar. Mix together well. Then add your heavy whipping cream. Mix in your condensed milk. Once you’ve made your vanilla pudding on the side, add that in too! Mash up your bananas and, you guessed it, mix that in too. Crumble a few Nilla wafers to coat the top and dig in! Enjoy with apples, cookies, or on your finger, duh!
