On a cold winter night, one couple discovered that they were expecting their 3rd child, a child they were told would be impossible to have. A few months later, the couple was happy to reveal the gender of the child with family and friends. They slice into a cake and the pink frosting uncovers the big secret, resulting in big smiles all around.

Little did they know, only a few weeks later, they would be life-lined to a nearby hospital for the immediate delivery of their 26 week old baby. They tried to hold off on the c-section, but the baby couldn’t wait. 12 weeks too soon, Addison Grace was born at only 1 pound 4 ounces and only 11 inches long. Although incredibly weak and frail, this little miracle was ready to fight for her life!

Kept in the hospital for 126 days after her birth, Addison was held under constant surveillance, and despite the odds against her, grew into a healthy, beautiful baby. This video shows her incredible journey and the happy days that followed!
