For anyone who has ever been overweight, we all know how difficult it can be. The thought of losing weight can seem overwhelming and daunting. I remember thinking ‘where do I even begin?’
The constant influx of diet pills and weight loss products promising a ‘quick fix’ can make your weight loss journey even harder. While these ‘quick fix’ options start working right away those awesome results quickly start to fade and eventually you’re back to square one.
Right before his senior year the guy in this video was his heaviest he had ever been. Weighing 210 pounds with a BMI of about 34, he knew something needed to change. After multiple failed diet attempts he decided to try something different. So, he completely switched up his diet and started working out.
After a few months he started noticing changes — just four months later he already lost 40 pounds! He documents his journey through pictures and shows how hard work and dedication can really pay off.
His story is living proof that you can do anything you set your mind to. It’s not an easy journey but if you want it hard enough, you can do it.
“Anyone can change themselves, all you need is a strong enough motive to do it. I AM LIVING PROOF OF THAT,” he says in the video.
