Stacy Morris was overweight and unhappy. At her peak, she weighed 345 pounds. She had tried diet after diet, yet nothing seemed to help her shed the weight. It wasn’t until she was sitting on the couch, watching Oprah that she finally found the inspiration that would change her life.
