He Was In Prison For a Crime He Didn’t Commit. Now After 7 Years, He Finally Sees His Son…

Uriah Courtney was sent to prison for life – for a crime he did not commit. This seemingly impossible act happens more than we can imagine, but in 2006, this California father was convicted of kidnapping a young girl in broad daylight.

The victim later identified Mr. Courtney as her attacker, so judges and jurors sentenced him to life in prison. It wasn’t until 10 years passed that the DNA forensics would clear his name and prove his innocence.

In 2013, he was finally reunited with his son whom he was not allowed to see for seven whole years. In the video below, as a part of the California Innocence Project, the reunion proves just how much he missed his young son.

The unimaginable situation will bring you to tears! The bond between a father and his children will never fade, even after all that time.
